This Beach front home is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. This pet-friendly property also features a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and the perfect size kitchenette.

The unit overlooks the beach, Gulf, and pool with a private deck/patio. Located in the Ambassador Complex with an outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, outdoor shower, and coin-op washers and dryers.

This property is a short walk to Pier Park, Shuckums Oyster Pub, Gulf World, Barefoot Hide A Way Grill and Sharky's. No car no problem! Just walk or take the Bay Town Trolley. Panama City Beach was just named one of the best beaches in the world!

We are PET-FRIENDLY! Pets 50bs and under are only allowed per the HOA rules. Additional pet fee per pet. Check out the wonderful onsite pet park.

Dawn was amazing. She took care of getting us towels and trash bags, etc... I was a little disappointed in the condo. I am handicap and the listing did not inform me that there was no elevator or a place to store a mobility scooter. It was difficult to maneuver the steps. The room was old and not updated, ever I think. The sofa sleeper was actually a futon that sat very low to the ground and was very difficult for me to get out of it. The futon was very uncomfortable, when you sat on it it sank all the way to the bottom, no cushion. It did have a good view of the ocean. The best I can say is that it was adequate, although not handicap friendly at all.

The good-This place has a great view, right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The bad- The room is in need of updates, new appliances. The place was also not clean, ahould not charge a large clenaing fee. We had to clean when we got there . Would not stay again.

The perfect way to waste money is to be in this place. Everything but everything in this apartment is worn out for use. As the icing on the cake comes the mattress on the bed, which gives you a morning expensive rent for back pain. Not to be all black in the comment, the view towards the bay is ok. Absolutely not acceptable!

The couch shown is not in the room, no rug on the floor there was no place to comfortably sit inside the room. We did appreciate the fact that the property is pet friendly but the beach was not. We departed on Tuesday on a trip we had booked to Friday.

Parking is not easy although location is near Pier Park, so if you don't mind walking, all is good! Host is quick to answer questions. Appreciate the extra towels because we forgot to bring paper towels. If available, we'll come back again. We enjoyed sitting on balcony too.

Home away from home

My stay was amazing. Pictures are true. Lots of amenities. Very quiet. Across from the beach 2 public access. The management team is great. Very kind and quick to respond. They treated me like a friend. The location is perfect close to everything but not in the middle of the hussle busel. Felt like home...I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back
