Unit 210 is guaranteed to make you smile with it's vibrant BEACHY Décor! The condo is located on the 2nd floor with easy access to the beach! Enjoy spending time on the Gulf Front Balcony watching the kids play in the west side pool. The best part is the view of the beach and Gulf is AMAZING!
Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo and each must weigh 20 lbs or LESS. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Great rental!
Everything was wonderful -starting with early check in & that was well worth the $50 fee! The room was clean, updated and had everything we needed! The overall complex was very tidy and neat - excellent, hard-working staff. It was super nice to be in a pet-friendly resort. There’s a nice little area for the dogs to use - it is also kept very neat and clean. It does flood when it rains though - that’s probably the only negative I can say. Such a great condo - we had a wonderful week. We will definitely be back.

Great place and location! Excellent property right on the beach. The place looked excellent from the photos on the website but it's even better in person. You look out the slider at the beach and the pool below. Perfect spot for one or a couple to enjoy
