Very responsive host. Seacrest beach is an easy walk across the street. There's also a tram to bring you back and forth to the beach that stops on the house's street. Good location.

Beach Trip

Great location and community! Loved how close we were to everything - within walking distance. The house was spacious with bathroom necessities. Kitchen lacking in some basics (salt/pepper, towels) but still good for cooking at home. Would love to go back.

My extended family had a wonderful time at this property. It was conveniently located near the pool, and short walks to the beach and nearby restaurants. Even our 2 year old had no issues with the distances walking. Everything was in working order, and the laundry room was a great asset! We enjoyed the porches as places to relax, and the top porch w/ TV and table was the perfect place for pizza dinner! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great stay on 30a!

We had a wonderful stay at Seacrest. It is in an ideally location in the neighborhood a minute walk to the incredible pool and a very short walk to the beach. Make sure if you want chair setup to book it in advance so you get a good spot! A short walk to Alys and Rosemary. The house itself had everything we needed and the rooftop area was a favorite place to hangout. Thanks for having us!

Love this house

This is our second summer staying at this house and we love it! My kids think it’s “our beach house.” We love the easy walk to the pool, ice cream/pizza, and the beach. We have little ones and it was perfect. The house wasn’t the cleanest this time when we arrived but overall I’d stay here again as long as the price isn’t increased as much as it was from last summer to this summer ($1500 increase).

Accurate Pics. Perfect location. Large spaces!

The property was in the perfect location. We could walk to the shops at Rosemary as well as Alys. The tram to the beach only took a few minutes once called. You can get chair service through Dolce Vita, but the house has beach chairs for use as well. People said that it would be hard to find a spot for our own chairs, but we didn’t have a problem, even during spring break. The pool is massive with a food and drink cafe. The only downside was that it was not heated and pretty cold on March. We had family from age 3-70 and found something for everyone. The upstairs porch space is huge, with seating, dining table, fridge, and sink! Each floor has their own balcony area. There were 9 of us and tons of space for everyone. Definitely a perfect beach house!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We had such an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. We had 3 adults and 4 children under 6 and we had plenty of room. Easy walk with littles to the pool, beach, and peddlers pavilion for ice cream! We can’t wait to come back!

Palm Daze

Palm Daze was a very comfortable house to stay in. It is in a great location for getting to the beach. You can take the tram that the neighborhood offers but the house is one street off 30a, so very easy to walk to the beach. It has a fabulous 3rd floor balcony with outdoor TV, outdoor kitchen with grill and lots of seating. There is an additional grill outside the kitchen door. The refrigerator struggles to cool but there is an ice maker that is a bonus for keeping things cool and putting in coolers to take to the beach. Michelle was quick to respond and take care of any issues that we had. It was a very comfortable house for our large family and we had a great time!
