Pero cómo sugerencia, me gustaría que cambiaran las dos sillas o por lo menos una ya que suena demasiado cuando uno se sienta, y otra sugerencia es poner suficiente papel de baño para que el ocupante no tenga que comprar y todo lo demás muy cómodo para dos personas

The Origins is the best vacation spot in Panama City. I love the convenient location to the restaurants and the beach. The views were spectacular.I look forward to staying again. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient. The property's employees were approachable for questions. I felt safe because the security team was very active and answered my questions. I also enjoyed meaningful conversations with the vacationers. The property owner also made a nice offer for me to stay one more night at a discounted price, but I had church commitments at home. I wish I were able to stay another night.

We are big coffee drinkers and there was only one coffee cup and handle was broken off of it so we had to go out and buy some cups!!other than that the view was great! Bed could have been more comfortable. Good location.

Amazing view and great location!

The property was clean and in a convenient location. The bed in this unit was so comfy and the view was amazing. Property management and staff were very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this stay!

The condo needs some TLC. The soap dish in the shower is about to fall off. Only one coffee mug in the condo that accommodates two. Only two towels for a six night stay for two. Only one roll of toilet on the roll for a six night stay for two. Silverware is sparse. Would have loved a keurig instead of a coffee pot. Otherwise fine, great view.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at the Orgins building before and loved it. It has a great location and the beach is wonderful. There were only a few minor inconveniences, like the shower head was a bit wonky and since the room is in a private hall, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. However, the room itself was perfect. The view was indescribable. We would stay here again!!

My stay

The property was very nice. Small but perfect for 2 people who are on the beach all day. The location is perfect and the vicinity is beautiful. The only negative thing i have to say about the overall stay was the smell of cigarettes every time we entered the room. The property is supposedly non-smoking and I’m not sure where the source was but the smell was awful every time the door was opened to enter.

Amazing First Experience With Vrbo

Super easy check-in and check-out, beautiful and very well-thought-out accommodations, wonderful host in constant communication in case there were any issues, etc. We couldn't have asked for better! Also, to the host, I apologize that it has taken so long to write up a review. It definitely wasn't for lack of satisfaction.

Good stay

Room was clean and nice. Looked just like the pictures. Only complaint is the elevators are very slow because there is only one on the side that the room is on. The building team is very very strict about not unloading at the front. There was a lady writing people tickets at the pool deck for not wearing your wristband or having a drink by the pool. Be aware of the rules

Great views, “eh” for everything else

The view from the room was amazing as well as how close you are to everything to do. However, the room/building left more to be desired. We shared a foyer door with another room so we could very loudly hear everything that was going on as well as smell all of the food they had. We only received two towels, with no service to swap them out so we had to do laundry just to have clean towels. The shower head felt very cheap and the bathroom smelled funky. We also paid a cleaning fee but then received instructions to take out the trash, empty the fridge, etc. It was a decent stay, but long story short, we will be looking at booking with traditional hotels in the future.

Great Location

Great location! Friendly, helpful staff. Only complaints were the door to the room was hard to open and close, the floor of the room was very dirty; gave us “Walmart Feet”, and our entire floor smelled overwhelmingly of marijuana. Other than that, it was very relaxing!

Not what I expected

The pictures listed of the room did not do very well telling the truth about what this room actually was. The place was very clean which was nice however, it was not at all what I was expecting. The elevators were a bit dicey as well. The bed was terrible maybe the worst bed I have ever slept on. As the week progressed the noise level reached a point that was very distracting.

Good communication

It's as advertised, looks over the beach and close to most things you would want to do on the beach. Besides that we wanted to stay an extra night and it was pretty simple and no hassle, we really appreciated that.

Overall good

The condo was as listed. Communication was clear. There was a small issue with the TV and not having bracelets or car tag left. However, the property manager called back within 5 minutes with a solution for the TV (the entire property had recently changed providers and they were still working out kinks). They also had someone bring over the bracelets and car tags within an hour of us arriving. I would like to give this a 5 star rating but I can’t due to the bed. The mattress is completely worn out, and truly needs to be replaced. The left side is lower than the right, and you feel like your laying upside down. You also roll to the middle of the bed if you lay in the right side. If you don’t have back issues, you may when you leave. We checked to make sure the slats weren’t broken or off the railing, but that wasn’t the issue. I would definitely recommend the property purchase another mattress. Other than that- the condo was as described, clean, and in a very nice location.

Run away!

The property was anything but "remodeled". The place was filthy. Baseboards, a/c vents & fan looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. The sink was probably from the 90's & had visible cigarette burns on it. The mattress was so poor we slept on an air mattress on the floor. When I initially laid on the bed I sank in so much my feet were almost higher than my chest. The rental company is happy to take your money, charge ridiculous fees for "cleaning" that doesn't happen & ask for a rental contract to be signed in case something happened. It's absolutely ridiculous! We stayed in another owner owned unit prior & had the best experience but this was 100% the opposite. I will never rent from them again. Charging top money for a dirty a$# unit.
