Amazing stay!

Property is everything the listing says it is and then some. Daisy was extremely communicative and I would recommend this place to anyone. So close to pier park and the beach. It includes bikes that we used daily. Amazing place!

It is a little more than a block to beach. Once you cross road there is a walk to beach in the sand, beautiful tho. Yes clean and a washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances are good, coffee, toaster, micro, oven/stove, nice kitchen and cookware. Tv on each bedroom and living area. Front chairs on porch and patio set in back on nice brick patio and fire pit. Close to malls, DQ, ice cream, donuts, fun places to eat. An Aldis right down the road. Don’t do pets, so glad there were no traces of pets in the home!

Family Vacation

The property is just like the pictures, this cute little cottage was just perfect for my family of 3. Less than a 2 block walk to the beach no fighting traffic or finding a parking spot was a plus. Having free access to 2 bikes was a nice added bonus. The management team rocks they kept in contact before, during, and after our trip to make sure everything was good. I had a question during our trip when I texted them they responded back no problem. I can't recommend them or this beach cottage enough. My family would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Cozy House

Was a very nice house, was clean. The listing said the main bedroom had a King bed and it does not, it is a Queen bed, disappointed about that. Had a few issues, eventually was taken care of, communication with Advantage Stay was not great.

Highly Recommend!! Close to restaurants and beach. Walked and biked everywhere.

Great home, beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Had a great time. Even better hosts, 30a Beach Girls thinks of everything. Loved having the bikes to take to the beach. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here, close to everything. We will book again.

Perfect Retreat - Ocean Oasis

This was the perfect house to host a girl's getaway and have some beach time. The house was clean and perfectly manicured. The booking was simply and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Ocean Oasis for rest, relaxation and fun!

Great Panama City Beach find!

The whole experience was nothing short of exceptional. Everything was very clean and it seems like the owners take great pride in curating a great experience. Beach is just a short walk and pier park a short drive. The communication before and during our stay was amazing. Would book this again and again.

Great stay!

We stayed for a family reunion in the Panama City Beach area. House had all the amenities and everything we needed. Loved being close to the beach. Had some problems with water temperature, contacted manager, and problem was resolved in under 2 hours. Beds very comfortable, house was very clean. Would stay at this location if I were you.

Great stay!

The property was everything as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The kids took advantage of the great back yard and loved being so close to pier park. We would highly recommend this property.
