My family and I love Edgewater and this unit did not disappoint! This unit is stocked with beachhead and everything you need to cook! Th property manager was helpful and very responsive!

Would be great with minor updates.

Location was great. Pools were excellent and the view from the condo was amazing. The condo overall was decent but the carpet is stained and looks bad. Kitchen and view were the best parts. Mold on the shower walls. Living room couches had brown stains all over. The beds were the worst. Kids twins were terrible and the king in the master must have been a sumo wrestling mat in it's past life. I have no idea how a bed gets that dipped in the middle. Would be a 4-5 star experience with new mattresses, clean carpet and couches. Code didn't work upon arrival that I was given, however someone answered the hotline and fixed it immediately. 5 stars for responsiveness!

Nauti Starfish Provided a Week of Family Memories

Nauti Starfish in Edgewater Beach Resort provided a haven for our family and all of our baseball team families during a week filled with family and baseball activities. The Edgewater Facility was an excellent location for us as we were frequently traveling to the PCB Sports Complex. The views from our balcony were terrific, and access to the beach was exceptional. We would like to see a few updates in Nauti Starfish and Edgewater, but overall the condo was clean and proved to be an excellent basecamp for our family.

Leeward 301 Emerald Beach Resort

Unit was clean but outdated. Showers had been updated. Master bath very nice. Kitchen very well equipped. 6 chairs, new umbrella, blow ups and sand toys in closet. View from balcony very nice and close to beach. Ceiling fan in living room barely moved. No fans in bedrooms, got little stuffy. Living room furniture old and stained. Drapes were stained. Garbage disposal in kitchen does not work. Smell in hallway going to hall bathroom. On third day, opened washer and there was standing black smelly water. Called maintenance, he determined that a part would have to be ordered but would not be fixed while we were there. He called office to see if there was anywhere else on property we could use a washer and they said no. I asked him to at least get rid of the water to hopefully get rid of the smell. He ended up rigging the washer and it was able to be used. We did not leave unit while using incase of a fire. There is also a leak in hall shower ceiling. We heard dripping and there was water beading on ceiling. We went to unit above us, to see if their shower was leaking. They had not used shower,but said they were having problems with both toilets. Called maintenance again, and they said they went to upstairs unit and fixed something. Two days later ceiling was leaking on your head while taking shower. Maintenance called again, they said it was moisture. I checked 6 hours later and water was beading on the ceiling. The worst thing about the unit is the master bed. It is HORRIBLE! It goes up on both sides and dips in the middle. Was impossible to sleep in. After a couple of hours ended up sitting on the couch every night. We really are not ones to complain, but I had to give an honest review. I don't feel like the other reviews were completely truthful. All of these problems could not have occurred within a matter of a week. Because of the master bed alone, we would not rent this unit again.

Renters Beware

From the horrible construction noises to the stained furniture and carpets, this vacation was a complete bust. Renovations in the unit above were so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation during the day. Management offered no choice other than an early check out with a partial refund for "unused days". Even without the unannounced construction, this unit is not as advertised. The carpets, furniture, and curtains are all dirty and stained, the dryer makes a high-pitched squeak when in use, and there was a ceiling leak in the kitchen which poured water into the cabinets where the glasses were kept. Even with all of that, management offered no discount or refund for our nightmare vacation.

Great Vacation

We picked a beautiful week weather-wise. We were concerned about crowding on the beaches but with Edgewater having their own private stretch it was not bad at all. Especially if you get up before 8am and get your chairs/canopy set up! It did not seem as though the carpets in bedrooms (really need to be replaced with tile or hardwood but understand that everything is so costly right now and business was lost during COVID) were vacuumed but I believe it may have been the issue with the seaweed the week(s) before that perhaps just wouldn't come out of the carpet. Also the sofa-bed still had sheets on it that were stained. Luckily there were new sheets in the closet that we could use. Besides those two issues, everything else was clean and ready to go. There was dishwashing liquid, clothes washer soap for 2 loads and 2 garbage bags for each garbage can. There was shampoo, body wash and conditioner as well as bar soap in the bathrooms. There was salt and pepper in kitchen. There is a closet filled with beach chairs, beach toys, water/pool toys, boogie boards and we added a few as well as some tube floats that were given to us by other resort guests. The appliances were all new and the ice maker worked great once it got started. The coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee 12 cup and there were no filters - and none at the store so we bought the 4 cup and just made 4 cups at a time. We left the rest of the filters. The furniture could be updated (90's style, dark with glass) but again, times make that difficult and we were grateful to find a place in a few short weeks as our first rental cancelled on us last minute. The view was incredible and we spent loads of time on the porch. Edgewater has a lot to offer but we could never find a map or the information for Trams, Activities, etc..(we saw the sign the last day we were there to scan for the info! - the QR code should be included on the check in information) We looked at 4-5 pools but the grandkids wanted the Lagoon pool most of the time We ate at Hammerhead Fred's - lots of atmosphere and live music, Shuckems - good food, oysters, fish taco - busy, and Shrimp Basket - our favorite and not sure why we eat anywhere else - Huge oysters, yummy coconut shrimp and great frozen drinks! We also played Goofy Golf and took the same pictures we took 35 years ago! We love PCB and it never disappoints. Thank you for sharing your place with us and we look forward to returning.

Great Condo

Our trip to Panama City was interrupted by Ida but we made the best of it. The condo was great and as described. Everything seemed to have been updated. For the two of us there was plenty of room. I believe it will sleep six and has plenty of room for everyone. The only problem we had was the master bed. The mattress has a dip in the middle so we could not sleep on it. We had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom on the twin beds which is not what we wanted to do. I saw another review that mentioned the mattress so it needs to be replaced. This is our only complaint the rest was great. Thanks for providing this condo.

Nauti but nice

Let’s start with the good...we’ve been coming to Edgewater for close to 30 years and we always stay in Leeward or Windward. This condo is the best stocked condo we’ve been in. I was literally trying to find things it didn’t have. The only thing I came up with was a whisk! Nice furniture inside and out. Beautiful views. Good shower pressure. Now for the not so good...The code we were given to get in did not work and of course all my paperwork that I needed was inside. We had gone down to get stuff out of the car and I left my purse in the room. Thank goodness the cleaning service was still in the parking lot and I was given the ok to use her code. I don’t know what we would’ve done otherwise. The guest shower door was completely off the track but my husband was able to fix that. The plumbing in the master bath shower needs to be tightened because the whole piping behind the wall moves when you turn the shower on. There was only a couple of hangers in the closets so we went and bought more and left them there. When I went to use the iron that was provided, it didn’t work. The light came on but it never got hot. We went to Walmart and spent $20 for a better iron and left it there for future guests. You’re welcome. :) The bed in master seems to be slanted toward middle but the kids beds slept great and they were absolutely the softest sheets ever. We would probably stay there again regardless of those few things. It was pretty clean besides some sand still on the floors and glass kitchen table could’ve been cleaned a little better but overall it was a great condo and we had a great week.
