**Minimum Age = 21**
Cottage 10 (upstairs) is the closest upstairs room to the beach with gulf views from the balcony! A Nautical Theme with just over 400sq ft and including a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a large living room area with a futon/sofa bed and sweet kitchenette, it has all you need for your stay at the beach! This motel has a huge pool, free WIFI, with direct access to the beach at the end of our driveway. You can sip a cold beverage from the sundeck overlooking the pool.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.

Monterey motel was fabulous
