Property is situated in a nice and lively spot. There was lots of restaurants, stores, beach, and activities for kids. The resort is huge. Many pools to choose from, a decent gym (better than any others I’ve been to), eatery right below the condos. This condo we rented in particular was spacious for our family of four. So far everything was perfect for our mini getaway however when we arrived it was extremely late and we went straight to sleep. When we got to the beds it was extremely visibly dirty. They didn’t bother washing the bedding. There was yellow crusty/pasty bits all over the comforter. I took a picture but don’t think I can post. It was just so blatantly dirty I didn’t bother to use it. So I laid just on the bed but then within a few minutes started getting really itchy. It felt extremely gross. Then my kids came and told me the bunk beds had sand all over it. I went to check and sure enough you can feel sand all over the top and bottom bunk beds. It’s as if they didn’t even bother replacing the bedding and blankets from the previous guest. I ended up shaking off the sand and opted to sleep on the bunk bed with my kids because it seemed to be the better choice. I hope the owner of this condo sees this and makes the improvement for the next guest otherwise you are better off renting a different condo at lake town wharf.
