Amazing stay- house is beautiful, the pictures are accurate in how spectacular the house is. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing. Beach is easily accessed. Host responded to the issue of the sliding door handle falling off quickly.

This was hands down the BEST! This house literally has it all! From beach chair set up, to the convenient elevators inside the home that made getting luggage /grocery up and down a breeze! The pool was also huge hit for my little ones and the view from the pool was STUNNING! We really loved and appreciated the property manager checking in on our second day to make sure everything was going smoothly! The house was exactly as pictured online. My family and I will definitely be back and I would HIGHLY recommend.

Breathtakingly Gorgeous Beach House

The house was absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thought out. The beds were so comfortable that everyone was talking about how well they slept. The views were breathtaking. Meals at the large dining table had gorgeous views of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the window and schools of fish. We were traveling with eight teenagers and they had the best time. They were never bored. The fourth floor game room kept them entertained when we had a few showers of rain. Watching storms roll in from the ocean was beautiful. The beach wasn’t overly busy and having the beach chairs set up every day was so nice. That made things a lot easier. The rental company/property manager were so easy to work with. If we needed anything they responded right away and were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The best of the best!

Our 4th of July week was wonderful! The weather may not have been the best but the house and our location was great. We weren’t far from Pier Park, plenty of dining options, shopping and different activities for all our teens. They loved the game and tv area upstairs. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and have never stayed in a house that stayed cool from top to bottom like Sand Castle! It is one of the best and most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in over the last 20 years. We had issues with our stove/oven the first three days but they worked to solve the issue. It was fairly easy to communicate w/our host. They have chairs and umbrellas set up every morning at the beach. Bring your own beach towels and enjoy your stay. We definitely would recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Great property! Private beach and the addition of the daily chairs was awesome. The top floor was perfect for teenagers and young adults for gaming with pool table, game station, and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and a great place for large family.
