Celadon is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping attractions such as the new Pier Park, about five minutes away.

The Celadon Beach property has two pools. One is an indoor/outdoor pool and the other is a large lagoon style pool. Both pools have hot tubs nearby. There is also a tennis court and fitness facility available should you need to get your daily work out in during your stay.

Celadon Beach Resort is directly on the ocean in Panama City Beach. Location is on the west end of Front Beach Road, which is the quieter and less traffic congested part of the beach. Celadon is an upscale family resort and well-maintained newer condo complex, built in 2004, with 283 feet of beautiful beach. One of the best kept secrets on the Florida panhandle.

Celadon uses outside cameras as well as allowing Ring Doorbell Cameras for security purposes. We have a Ring Camera at the front door.

Celadon is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here during our vacation to Panama City. Everything was accurately described and the location was perfect. We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets from the balcony! The walkout beach access was perfect since we had young kids. William was super responsive and made the check in process flawless. This place is perfect. The pictures didnt do it justice. The updates were exceptional. Kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms were nice. The beds were extra comfy. All good. Pro tip, the owner has some extra cool chairs in the closet to use. I noticed them as we were leaving. Stupid on my part. If you want a great place for a couple and a child, this is the spot. We loved it. Thank you William for letting us use it.

Wonderful Condo!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here for Spring Break with our 5-year-old daughter. The location was perfect for us because it was out of the downtown area away from most of the traffic and other tourists, which is more our speed. The Condo was as described and William was very responsive. Also, you can walk to Thomas Donuts to get some of the best homemade donuts!
