We stayed 5 nights, and were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of this unit. We spent a good bit of time each evening on the balcony and loved the comfortable outdoor furniture.

PERFECT

Pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The top bunk beds DO have railings. Very clean, perfect view, pool was fun and clean, family oriented. Just overall the best place to stay!! 10/10

Fabulous Condo!

The condo was fabulous and super clean. The location is right on the beach and the pictures exactly depict what you get. The hosts thought of a lot of little things that made the stay amazing.

Loved it!!!

This was a great condo!! My girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and was in them the whole time!! Never wanted to come out of them!! Great location, we went during spring break and didn’t have to worry about the crowds like the other condos we stayed at before. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Was not so clean

As soon as we entered the condo took flip-flops off took 1 step had to put flip-flops and get a broom and start sweeping and got ready for bed went to brush my teeth and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain that well and had a order coming from it. Other than that it was ok we loved the recliners and where they were placed we was able to relax in the cool and enjoy the view of the gulf

Perfect for us .

The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo was perfect for us . It was clean, all tho, I bought my own disinfectant wipes so I could wipe down door knobs and light fixtures. The check in/out process was pretty simple . Had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. This was the 2nd time renting a unit from the Boardwalk . Never had any problems.

Not what we expected

Not what we were looking for exactly. We found the area overall to be unsafe. Fortunately, it was close to other beaches along 30A which we enjoyed much more. This property appeared old and not taken care of well. It was difficult to access the gym. The pools and hot tubs were poorly lit at night, with what seemed like extremist political groups. I thought the price point was high for what we endured.

Terrible check out experience

We enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of the check out process. At around 9 am I went down to the lobby to get a luggage cart and when I returned to the unit the door code would not work. I did not have one single thing in my hand. No phone, no keys, no ID. I panicked. I used my daughters phone to call the security desk and they told me I had to go down to RA to get a new code. I felt like the desk clerk was very dismissive about my concern. She did help me but was not apologetic at all about this problem. My daughter is diabetic and her insulin was in the room. This could have been a medical emergency. The clerk suggested that I must have checked in early which I did not. This was a very disturbing experience

Great little Condo

The condo was clean and the decor was cute! Great fridge storage and utensils were great. Three pitchers! The bar and grill by the pool had one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten! Only improvements would have been the number of carts available in lobby at check in/check out and flexibility of checking in early or late checkouts.
