We had a nice stay; however, there were a few issues. The balcony door was damaged. I sent pics in ann email to the owners, but received no response. Upon arrival, we only had eleven bracelets in the container, not twelve, and one of them is broken. There was a note attached saying we would be charged 20 for any missing ones. I hope we are not. Our group loves to come to PCB to relax together, shop, and eat out occasionally. We usually enjoy a leisure breakfast, which is hard to do when you only have three forks for seven people. We ended up buying plastic ones and found a few and some other utensils the condo was lacking at local thrift stores. (We donated these free of charge for the future guests. Btw… you still need more silverware. Some of the butter knives look like someone tried to use them for screwdrivers.) No potholders. I understand that everyone has their own standards of clean; however, I found dishes that were obviously dirty in out of the way places (a pan in an upper cabinet with a dirty coffee cup, a 9x13 glass dish hidden under a muffin pan). They are now clean and in an appropriate location. The lamps in the master have obviously been knocked around. Both shades have been broken—we did not do this. There was candy on the floor under the nightstand—we didn’t bring any candy with us. Master bed was very firm, some may prefer this, but I personally do not. Even some give would have been preferable.

I was a little disappointed this year. We stayed in the same unit 2 years ago and it was much nicer and cleaner. When we arrived there was a broken picture frame in the pantry and you could see where it came from off the wall. The tub in the front king bedroom leaked horribly. Only 4 forks were available for the whole condo! The furnace filter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The elevator situation was ridiculous. Some of the lightbulbs were out. The choice of channels on the tv was not good, thank god we brought our fire stick. We had a good time and made it work but I will not be staying here again in the future.

The unit itself was good ,it does need some upgrades with all the beds,the sofa bed in the living room wasn’t comfortable at all so we didn’t used it at all.The location was good too ,beachfront,short drive to the places you would like to go .The beach front pool was ok ,it does get crowded though and hard to find beds or chairs for everyone,the bar at the pool was good,bartenders were ok .The other pool on the other side by the parking garage it was good as well ,but ita not easy accesible ,u have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then take the skywalk go down the stairs again and then you arrive at the pool or cross the street .The resort is so big and it takes at least 2 days to figure it out also be prepared to spend at least 10 minutes waiting for the elevator every time .

Very nice, could use some updates

Pros- A/C was out upon arrival, once we contacted the property manager, a service guy was there within an hour at 6:00 at night. Property Manager had no hesitation or questions, just sent someone to fix it. Location is good. Kitchen is mostly stocked with general items. Cons- beds and pillows are about the worst you can buy. Sand was all over the floor upon arrival. Furniture needs replaced. Check in/out times are too late and too early. Hotel was under renovation, so some additional noise and only 2 elevators working which led to long waits to get on. No umbrellas around either pool.

Excellent location!!

Loved the location and view of the beach! Easy check in process, and overall a nice resort area with great pools. The sofas in the unit were very worn and dirty, but everything else was satisfactory. We enjoyed our time there.

Excellent location but our condo needed to be cleaned

The location was fabulous! Walking distance to nice restaurants and an Alvin’s and then ce cream shop across the street. Lots of renovations going on so elevators took a bit! Enjoyed the star bucks in the condo! The pool area was clean and loved the hot tub! In our room there were many things that were broken or tore up. We did contact management and they are aware. The cleanliness could have been way better. All the ceiling fans were black dusty, refrigerator smelt like sea food, no dust pan and broom looked like it had seen better days. Washer had bad musky smell to it. Needs new mattress for sure. The stove cooked really fast. Dishwasher worked great and so did coffee maker. Overall it was a wonderful ocean view and we did enjoy our stay just wish it would have been cleaner as I had to take a few hours out to clean it.If we knew that the rooms would be cleaned properly and new mattress we would stay again however we would have to have it confirmed .

Functional but dirty

Condo was dirty and floor filthy, they did come and mop for us after we complained. Microwave and cabinets dirty. We ignored but if cleanliness top priority beware.

Perfect PCB vacay

The condo was clean, everything was as advertised. Elevators were super quick, no complaints. Even on busy days it was quick. Check in was a breeze. Only cons- pool was closed early one days for a quick storms and they wouldn’t reopen until when the weather turned beautiful but still double red flagged beach. Would have liked to see a more stocked kitchen. Some of the ceiling fan remotes needed batteries. We also couldn’t find the master bedroom tv remote till the last day, it was stuck in the chair. Overall this was perfect for a framily vacation!

Spring Break with G-Kids

Property was exactly as pictured. Spacious and clean. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen well equipped, stove top was a little worn out. Great location, 2 pools and a beautiful view of the beach.

We had a fun week over Christmas and New Years!! Weather was good, saw several dolphins. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! I was nervous about the cleanliness of the condo and whether there would be bugs/roaches based on recent reviews. Happy to say we didn’t see any, however the whole condo could benefit from a good deep clean
