DETAILS: The Salty Rose Carriage House is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Rosemary Beach Carriage House that sleeps 6. This posh Carriage House feels like a full-sized home thanks to its spacious living room, full kitchen, and sophisticated interiors. Guests access the Carriage House from an exterior spiral staircase.

Stepping inside, guests will find a lovely living area and kitchen with hardwood floors, a high vaulted ceiling, and a pale color palette. A chef’s kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf 4-burner gas range, a farmhouse sink, marble countertops, and a dine-in island that seats 3. Great accommodation but access key didn’t work

Hi! We loved the carriage house we stayed in. Anytime I reached out to 360 blue, they were fast to return our calls, etc. we had an issue with our access key card not working. It took almost 2 days to bring us a new key card. This wasnt an issue on 360 blue’s end, but was an issue with their property manager not returning their calls. We were forced to hop fences to access the pools and beach walkovers. A key wasn’t provided until 6:00 on the final night of our stay. We were issued a small refund for our inconvenience, but I would encourage 360 blue to follow up with their property management team to investigate the issues.

Engagement Weekend

Rented Carraige House for my wife and I to be in Rose Mary to celebrate our son asking his girlfriend to marry him. Carriage house is very well decorated and very clean. The size is perfect for a couple or small family. Easy walk to the "downtown" and beach. Spiral staircase is difficult with luggage and elderly may have trouble with them. We were luck in that the family renting the main house were very nice, but with any carriage house rental you may get paired up with a loud renter or one of the many bachelorette weekend groups. Overall, a great carriage house, very nice and clean but if you can afford it, rent the main house.
