I loved everything about this condo. Its proximity to the beach, the decor, and the mattress. I plan on buying one just like it. The host Charla was very personable and ready to answer any questions I had. I will come back and stay in this same condo.

From the moment we walked in, we knew it would be a wonderful stay. The condo was extremely clean, which is very important to us. The kitchen was well stocked, anything we needed, plus a working washer and dryer, a little cooler for the beach and a set of chairs with umbrella. The whole place was set up for us to have a good time. The best feature though was the balcony, looking out into the ocean, overlooking the sand. Such peace! We hope to be back soon!

On the water

Very convenient to the beach just a few steps away from the water. Clean and comfortable and a great view. Check in and check out very easy. unit has washer and dryer very helpful. Cooked several dinners and breakfast well stocked.

Winter respite

We had a very nice stay. The condo is beautiful. The beach and the view is gorgeous and my only wish would've been a little warmer, but other than the weather which we can't control. It was fabulous, next time going to stay longer

Fabulous hosting, ultra clean, convenient parking, gated security, and cozy one bedroom perfect for a couples stay. Walk out building directly onto beaches with stunning views from the living room, bedroom, and dining space. Definitely would stay again!

Comfortable and relaxing!

There is nothing I can think of that is missing from this immaculately clean and well stocked condo. The decor is updated and pleasant. Plenty of room with a great ocean view. This place is a hidden jewel if you want to get away from the busy beaches of Panama City. The owner is so pleasant to work with and has all the details you need in your initial rental information. There is no reason for us to stay anywhere else. Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

Cleanest Condo at Pinnacle!!

This was the perfect little paradise for our honeymoon and we so enjoyed everything about it! I have stayed in other units at Pinnacle and this was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed here and the reviews are spot on! This place is exactly as described and pictured. Charla was a phenomenal host, checking in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was good. You will not regret renting from her! Absolutely no issues, it was a wonderful week and we hope to be back 😊

Great Location & Host Communication

Condo is exactly as advertised. Owner communication is great and clear leading up to and during your stay. Unit faces south towards the beautiful gulf so if you are looking for a direct sunrise/sunset from the deck don’t be surprised. A quick like 2M walk out to the beach solves all that. We chose this unit because it was at the end of the series of buildings with only one other building next to us and the state park. It made a difference crowd wise and was a bit less crowded even on a peak day down at our end of the complex. I’m a big cooker and I will say the smoke detector did not like me roasting a rib roast or searing tuna. But I guess better safe than sorry! We used Burke’s for beach seat up but there are chairs in the condo that are super handy. Burke’s was easy but set time was different every single day. On Saturday they did not have chairs set up until 10:30. The advantage to using the vendor is you don’t have to get up to claim your space. Easy access to Publix and Winn Dixie. The QR code did not work when we arrived but the security guards were super nice and friendly.

Beautiful Unit!

Beach Oasis was the cleanest vacation condo or house we have ever stayed at, and it is in the best location, right on the beach! Beautiful decor and thoughtful touches throughout made this the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. The owner was great to work with and provided lots of information about the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

First, I loved that the condo had a digital entry. No key/s to misplace! Second, the condo was super clean and so inviting! Definitely beach vibe decorated. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Also, Charla provided a booklet of recommended restaurants, stores, and interesting places to check out. It was so helpful! She also emails this to you, as well. And she couldn’t be more cordial. If we had a question, her response was fast. It was also nice to have the beach chairs and a cooler. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beach Oasis

Beach Oasis is a beautiful condo. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It is exactly as it appears on the listing. It is beautifully decorated. It smelled great and clean when we walked in the door. It has everything that you would need for your stay. It is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beaches were not overly crowded like some other beaches. Carillon Beach is a wonderful place for a beach vacation.

Perfect condo for couples

This recently refurbished condo was a great place for a beach vaca. Convenient 2nd floor condo in a quiet location on the property. Lots of beach decor and equipped with everything you might need for meal prep. BEAUTIFUL area with a beach view from the balcony and a lake on property across the parking lot. Owner/prop manager was very communicative and detail oriented -- very quick to respond to all inquiries with excellent info whenever needed. The area was very convenient for getting to anything needed in terms of grocery stores, markets, restaurants. The property is perfectly situated just between PCB and 30A should you want to get to either. Highly recommend the condo and the property.
