Fabulous Vacation!

This is the first VRBO experience where the listing is exactly as described. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful condo, amazing views, super clean and welcoming property. Property manager is very kind and responsive. Parking is very tight but love that it has assigned parking. Overall amazing time spent here and will be back.

Perfect condo!

This condo was lovely! So spacious and had everything we could need. The balcony was huge and the views were gorgeous! The bed was so comfy and I loved that the balcony was attached to the master bedroom, great view to wake up to! It was in a very convenient location and was not crowded at all. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot also. We definitely recommend!

Perfect Place!!!

Perfect Place to stay for a beach trip. There was nothing I didn't like about this place! Very clean, good communication with the host, great location and very roomy. The deck is amazing and the location was quiet. Will definitely be staying here again.

Family Vacay at Panama City Beach, Florida

We were happy with the accuracy of the pictures of our unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the condo’s amenities. A few more towels and washcloths would make it easier. Would definitely recommend this unit and we’d enjoy staying here again.Loved the check in and out procedure,too! Mrs. Phillips had great communication and directions.

Great Condo - clean and great balcony views!

Overall our stay was amazing. Clean, updated with an Amazing balcony view, just the right size for 4 adults in a great location. They only provide one parking space, so if you have more than one vehicle then you have to pay to park in a separate lot. Overall it was a fantastic trip!

2nd Chance For PCB

Absolutely wonderful. Weather was great and condo was beautiful, exactly like it was pictured. View from the 21st floor is amazing. Only downside was the pool was a little smaller than I would have liked but I would definitely rent this unit again.

Memorial Day weekend trip

We stayed in this fabulous condo over Memorial Day weekend. Had a great time!! The beach was not overly crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. Our favorite part was the huge balcony!! The views were amazing!! Everything is as described, if not better. Our family can’t wait to go back! This is now our favorite beachfront condo!

Beautiful condo with a magnificent view. We spent our time on the beach or the balcony! Helen is very responsive even for the littlest of things. Away from the commotion but can easily get to restaurants.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

This condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the owners thought of everything that may be needed. Spectacular view and location was perfect, a little away from the very busy area but still in close distance to everything, food/shopping. Amazing Condo

We had the most wonderful time at this property. The condo is on the 21st floor and has the most incredible views, absolutely breathtaking and amazing breezes with comfortable furniture. The condo itself was very well stocked with all you need for kitchen and baths. Bed was amazingly comfortable!!!! The condo was super clean and it was so incredibly decorated. The art work was exquisite! All the furnishings were gorgeous. We were so happy with the unit that we contacted Helen for another night stay because we just didn't want to leave!!! She was so accommodating and booked us & updated our reservation promptly. The staff for cleaning the common areas was super friendly and elevators were spotless in the mornings and always had a nice fragrance. No issues with elevator access to the 21st floor. Our vacation at this unit was amazing!!! We will definitely return to this unit again.

This condo was immaculate. It was so comfortable and welcoming. From the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds to even the excellent water pressure in the shower. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Great Stay

Everything was as described. Great location on quieter side of PCB for a more relaxed vacation, but within driving distance to everything. We were slightly concerned being on the 21st floor, but there was no notable wait at elevators during our week there and the parking space, although fairly tight up against a wall, was so conveniently located directly next to elevators. Beach service was great and convenient, and the grounds of the building were well-maintained. Condo, in general, was clean aside from used coffee grounds/filter that was left in coffee machine from a previous stay and was growing some mold, but this was just a minor inconvenience to us to clean the machine when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was well equipped with comfortable chairs to enjoy the views. Easy check in and check out by having no extra stops - go directly to condo and text when you leave. Overall, a great place to stay and would stay again.

Little Piece Of Heaven

Beautiful condo with all the amenities you could ask for. The views from the balcony are exceptional and the sunsets are amazing.. One of my favorite things to do is to sit on the deck with my coffee and watch the gulf, it’s like a giant aquarium.. We seen dolphins, sting rays and lots of fish. Great place for a getaway for two, or three or four etc. Highly recommend. Brenda, from Maryland.

Great place to stay

Fabulous condo with plenty of space for comfort and beautifully decorated. Oversized balcony with rocking chairs to relax and see spectacular views of sunrise, sunset and dolphins. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Communication with Helen made our trip go smooth ,she was very prompt with any questions or concerns we had.We would most definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo! The views from the 21st floor are amazing!

The condo unit itself is amazing! Everything you need is stocked in the kitchen. Very clean updated unit. Can’t say enough good things about the unit! The parking and exiting is terrible. I was in my truck though. A smaller car and you are fine. The parking garage is very tight. They do have a few open spaces outside across the street. I did like the reserve parking for the unit. If your looking for a beautiful condo with spectacular views and parking isn’t a concern I would definitely recommend this unit. It’s stunning!

Absolutely luxurious!

Absolutely lovely! Filled with all the luxuries such as, beautiful art, high quality kitchen tools, cozy linens, and best view of the ocean and Panama City! Considerately stocked games, cleaning supplies, and toiletries were much appreciated. It was genuinely as lovely on the inside and deck as it was exploring the most scenic places in Panama. What a haven!

Perfect weekend getaway...

My wife and I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect spot that gave us everything we wanted/needed. Extremely clean and renovated, close to some of our favorite spots (Thomas Donuts, Mike's, a quick $7 Uber to Dusty's), a large balcony with great views (it's an end unit with openings on two sides), easy access to the beach, and easy/helpful communications with Helen (to check-in/out). Would recommend to anyone and would look to come back in the future.
