Nice room, nicely decorated, well appointed kitchen. Cleanliness was good, really loved the balcony and very nice balcony tall chairs and table. Liked both the morning cafe with Starbucks and H2O grill available on site. Pools were nice, though some were closed due to cleaning. The security outside was a plus and maybe the best part of the resort, very friendly and helpful. Liked the resort feel, entrances, onsite amenities, etc. First time we’ve stayed at anything other than a regular high rise condo. The facility was a positive. Biggest issue was checking in. We never received our parking registration via email or text, so we had to park on the lower level for an hour until one of the helpful security managers was able to send us a link to pay for parking. One of them confirmed we were not entered into the system. Someone dropped the ball, and when I called they couldn’t help immediately. Finally received a registration link the next morning. Lots of hassle and wasted time for no reason. Wish there was more transparency around rental prices for beach items. Agreed to rent two chairs for the weekend and ended up spending nearly 160, which is outrageous IMO. Two other issues were the pictures amenities of a nice gym and big theater. Found out after booking the gym isn’t open to guests, and the theater wasn’t showing anything during our trip. Kind of a bummer. Overall, nice property that I would recommend as long as you know those things going in.
