This cozy condo has it all, ocean views, easy beach access, a great location, and a shared pool.  You'll be moments from all the sights and attractions, with soft sands practically right outside your door.

This condo is a quick drive to many restaurants and family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World, and the Pier Park Mall.

Sugar-white sands and gentle waves await at the beach, only a few steps from the building. After a dip in the pool, enjoy the oceanfront view from your condo's balcony. Share the scenery with the free WiFi or unwind with cable on the bedroom's TV. At dinnertime, the kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals. Amazing location and view

Well managed beachfront condo with a balcony and amazing view. Chair and umbrella rental available. Pool is great. No gym or fitness center, in spite of what listing says. Parking is restricted and traffic in the area is terrible.

Aquavista Resort

We booked our trip just a few weeks before we actually left. I felt the price was extremely fair compared to other places. It was a smaller building with beach homes on each side which helped greatly with the beach and pool population. Very roomy, clean, and all around nice with an excellent view. I have zero complaints. We will be back in the future for sure !

We enjoyed the condo. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the proximity to the beach was good as well. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the swimming pool was a disappointment. It was very small and with double red flags for 2 days, there were a lot of people wanting to use the pool.

Everything was perfect!!
