The location is beautiful, but the property could use better maintenance. Many of the light fixtures had burned out bulbs, and some bedrooms had no working lights at all. The extra blankets didn’t appear very clean, and overall the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Unfortunately, the property felt a bit neglected, which took away from the experience.

Family of 7 Summer Vacay

This house is Great!! Super Clean, spacious, great layout, loved having the washer and dryer right next to the master suite on the 2nd floor! We have 5 preteens/teens and everyone had their own spaces. Super quick walk to the pool and only a little further to the beach. The bicycles were a hit, all the kids in the area ride bikes at night. We would definitely stay at this house again! We Love this neighborhood and have visited previously. Thanks for sharing your home!

Perfect home & location

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, homely touches. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils but did not have basic condiments like salt and pepper. The knives unfortunately were quite blunt, which made it hard to cut any fruits or vegetables. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. Situated right in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafes, and all the major attractions. Despite being centrally located, the home was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone planning a vacation at Rosemary Beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Bed downstairs in 2nd master was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Also shower head in downstairs master was broken and spray was in a jet form. Zero toilet paper or paper towels anywhere. In houses in Seacrest we have stayed had at least toilet paper in the bathroom. I understand we have to restock for the rest of the stay. But None whatsoever, come on. Check in is at 4pm no matter what, no early check in even if the house ready. Definitely not what I am used to- if the house is clean and ready we should be able to check in early. 4 pm is late!

396 Bike beach way review

Property was accurate with pictures and fit our family of five well. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and basics were good. TV in family room worked but ALL FOUR TV's in bedrooms had incorrect remotes that didn't work and tv's couldn't be used. There were NO DIRECTIONS on how to use the complicated TV's and the staff at Beach Walk WOULD NOT RESPOND to our requests for help. When we arrived the upstairs shower curtain between the two guest rooms was badly stained and the guest bedroom that had a closet was a total mess from top to bottom. The downstairs bedroom doors squeeked loudly and we decided to purchase WD-40 to remedy the issue because we were sure that the property manager wouldn't respond to that request as well. We were promised on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that someone would come to fix the tv's and there was never any follow-up or return phone calls as we had to continue to reach out to them for help but their promises were unfilled which was very disappointing., I want to be fair in that they did fix one issue: when we arrived the grill was a mess and unusable as it was filthy. They sent someone out to clean it and the staff that cleaned it did a good job. This was the ONLY response that the property manager provided to my phone calls that were made from Sunday through Wednesday. This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in renting vacation property.

During our stay, we experienced numerous maintenance and safety issues that significantly impacted our vacation and resulted in an injury.• The air conditioning failed, making the house we chose to rent uninhabitable and required us to move to another property until it was repaired. The temperature was 85 downstairs and close to 100 upstairs.• The microwave was defective and remained inoperable even after a repair attempt. We did not have a functioning microwave at any time during our stay.• The garbage disposal was defective. We could not use the sink for a good portion of our stay because of this defect. It would cause the sink to back up with nasty water. So we couldn’t use the sink until disposal was fixed.• A dresser leg was broken off prior to our stay. Someone just stuck it back underneath. When I tried to use the top drawer the cabinet nearly fell on me.• The master bathroom shower nozzle detached while in use and fell on our daughter’s foot. The entire faucet was not attached to the shower wall either.• Two bicycles provided with the rental had broken chains, causing our daughter to fall and sustain injuries. The other bikes would not keep air in tires. The inner tire tubes must be broken. We chose this house over some of the others because it had 6 bikes guaranteed to come with it. We paid extra because of the bikes compared to other rentals and majority of the bikes were broken.- The master ceiling fan was broken and could not be used.

The house is great! There were some things not really mentioned though. 1. Do not bring beach chairs. You have to rent them. 2. Only bring a backpack cooler.
