Con el encanto costero de Florida, ClaroMar está ubicado en un hermoso vecindario rodeado de palmeras de sego y pinos marinos. Relájate junto a la piscina climatizada privada (tarifa adicional de $ 35 por noche para calefacción) y disfruta del respiro que necesitas desesperadamente.

Este 3 dormitorios, 2 baños ha sido recientemente renovado y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 11 personas. Al entrar, serás recibido con un hermoso plano de planta abierto. Magníficos pisos se extienden por toda la casa generando el equilibrio perfecto de belleza y calidez para sus vacaciones. La cocina totalmente equipada con placa de gas, asientos en la encimera y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable es el sueño de todo cocinero. This was our second time staying at this property, and it was great once again. The house is spacious and clean, and we loved the heated private pool. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood just a couple blocks from a private beach access. We had another amazing trip and will be back! My only suggestion would be to add a bench or additional shelves in the master bathroom shower. We love 30A and this home!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play, which made the trip even better. We felt right at home, enjoyed every minute, and we can’t wait to come back. Great family spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought our family, along with a few of our children’s friends, and it was the perfect size! The pool was great (and heated). We will definitely be back!

House was perfect set up for family of five adults and two dogs. Pool was clean and partly shaded. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beds were all comfortable and baths updated and in great condition. Great quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful time.

The best vacation

This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

Great rental

Wonderful location close to the beach. Much closer to Pier Park then we initialized realized with a ton of good dining options close by if you don’t want to go to far. The pool was wonderful and the back yard is enormous. Will definitely try to rent here again.

Another Great Vacation

This was our second time staying in this home and we loved it just as much as our first visit. The cleaners do a fantastic job as the house was just spotless. The location is perfect and the layout of the home works great for a family. The backyard is just perfect. Can't wait to visit again.

Great house....great location.....did think the home was "under furnished"....no 2nd bedside table in either of the master bedrooms...no tables/ extra space in main living area to store/drop items....limited lighting in main living area....just needs extra decorating ....very little art/ pictures...it would feel more relaxing/homey with additional decor
