This Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury Unit is brand new to the rental program and we are so excited about it. It is located on the forth floor overlooking a nice quiet grassy area and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The unit has been recently remodeled. The living room is completely modern and spacious with all the beach vibes. The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. The master bedroom has a roomy king size bed and access to the balcony. The guest room has 2 full size beds and it has a queen sleep sofa. Perfect to accomodate your family. The unit is fully stocked for your convenience and also has a washer and dryer.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a dining table.
