This was the perfect property for our summer vacation. We stayed 5 nights and could have stayed alot more. This home is very comfortable and roomy. There was more than enough room for our family of 6. It easily sleeps 10 comfortably. The house and location are exactly as they look on the pictures. 5 minute walk to the beach, great pool with space to cook and lounge. Every room is spacious with a great kitchen and living room. We had an awesome time here and would definitely come back. You are 10-15 minutes from PBC shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and the same to rosemary and I let beach. The drive to Santa Rosa beach is around 25- 30 minutes. But well worth it. There was so mich to do in the area but we enjoyed our time at the house and the quite neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Friends Trip

Stayed at this property for 6 night with three couples and two other guys. It was perfect for our week getaway! The pool was great and it was just a quick walk to the beach!

The house is clean and great location. Beds was really confortable. Pool was good.We definitely recommend it. Close to everything, beach only 4 minutes walk, very spacious, and have everything you need to go to the beach. We loved it!!!

Loved it so much!

We were in Panama City for my friend's 40th birthday. The property manager and staff were very responsive and honored a request that I made prior to check-in. I really appreciated that. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. I highly recommend this place!

Great house just a few minutes easy walk to the beach

If you're looking for a house perfect for the whole family that's close to PCB = close to Target/ Marshalls/ movie theater/ Dillards/ Fresh Market/ Worldmarket & more, this is it. Beach access #74 is right across the street BUT it is NOT wheelchair accessible as it has steps going down to the beach. Fear not though, because a minute to your right is access #75 which is zero entry & a lot quieter. Want beach service? Call Panama Beach Service at 850-527-6829 & they'll set up chairs & umbrellas for you. Don't waste your time calling around for other vendors as they're the only ones with a license to set up for you at this access. If anyone in your party has mobility challenges & can't get to the beach then call Crystal at Beach Wheelchair mobility at 850-481-3375 - it's a game changer & allows everyone to enjoy the beach. The house is very spacious & well maintained. The kitchen has a combination coffee/ keurig machine & the fridge DOES dispense water - but from the inside FYI. There are no beach towels. There are 2 brilliant beach carts that are super easy to pull across the sand. There are 2 storage boxes round the side of the house & there are some beach chairs in there, although we brought our own. Plenty of seating around the cute little pool, including a large outdoor dining table. The outdoor TV is a great addition, and you can easily float around in the pool & watch your movies in the evening. There are a couple of cornholes BUT bring your own sandbags to play with.

Amazing stay!

The house was fully stocked and beautiful! We got a quick response from the owners when contacted and cant wait to go back agin! Location was perfect for the beach and pier Park! Dont moss out on this gem in PCB!!
