Check-in was unorganized. it felt as if nobody really knew what to so. No supervisor or manager assisting or guiding staff. I was advised my room was ready. traveling companions waited another 1 1/2 hours to get their room- 5 doors down. corrective action- clean the rooms that you have customers waiting in the lobby first! Communication was HUGE issue the entire stay. 1 1/2 hour wait to get bathroom towels. TV remote batteries dead. Electronic safe batteries died with safe locked close. Food service in main buffet low quality. NEVER opened on time- watched staff look at watch while sitting around table with other staff at opening time and ALWAYS waited 5 minutes or so before they decided they would get up and walk to unlock the door. EXTREAMLY bad optics. Snack Bar staff- very friendly and helpful- same quality of food but at least much better staff. Upper pool- more attention to keeping the pool clean of debris. Lower Pool bartenders very friendly- very welcoming. Drinks quality changed from bartender to bartender. Most were good- one particular was not at all. Grounds were nice- however after cutting and trimming, the debris would sit on the walkway for a couple of days. Leaf blowers and weedwhackers running at 0700 DONT Come to relax- won't happen. Travel Companions have the same opinion-- WE WONT BE BACK. I am General Manager of VERY high end customer service related business. This was NOT even close
