We have a 7year old and a 10 month old. We hadn't been away over night for soooo long, so this night away was a huge treat. From the minute we walked through the doors the whole stay was fantastic. A wonderful welcome from Karma, made us feel so calm and relaxed. We loved our stay, both baby and our son had a fab time. Extra fun with the heritage side to the building. The beds were very comfortable and everything clean as a whistle. Looking forward to staying again. many thanks

You would not be able to work from your room - staff dismissive of issue * New TV with apps but none worked (lack of good wifi in the room) - Staff told us they were awaiting a box to make it work but we have the same TV and it just needs good wifi
