Nice traditional village house with small garden, Fully equipped for an unforgettable holiday in mallorca. Located at a residential area in the countryside, 10 minutes from Palma (direct bus ) and very close to the University and the "Serra de Tramuntana". Free parking in front of the house. The house has air conditioning and heating. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a cozy sunny garden with porch & BBQ to enjoy meals outdoors. We will be at your disposal throughout the stay to answer questions and provide all the necessary information about emblematic places, traditional villages, customs and gastronomy of that beautiful place of the Balearic Islands 5 minutes from the lovely village of Son Sardina where your will find bars, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and banks as well. Bus stop very close that will take you in 25 minutes to the center of Palma. Citytax: will be charged at your arrival for 2 euros/person/day (younger than 16 years old free of charge). From November to April: 0,50/person/day. Electricity costs will be charged : 0,30 euros/kw, according to consumption. Cycling: Are you looking for the perfect cycling adventure with a mix of breathtaking scenery and challenging terrain? Mallorca, a Balearic paradise, is recognised as one of the top international cycling destinations. The property located between Valldemossa and Soller road is the perfect starting point for cycling enthusiasts.
