This property is affordable. It is fairly close to public transport and quite close to interesting areas where there is shopping, groceries and restaurants. There is no coffee maker in the room or lobby. I can't eat gluten so the breakfast option was not good for me. Only one front desk person was really nice. It would be good if there was an option to have the room done once every two or three days.

For a budget hotel, this was fine. Nothing flash, shower was a little dirty in the tile corners if you’re being picky. Did the job for somewhere to just rest your head. A wee bit out of the main centre, I’d say it’s more of a 20-30 min walk

The hotel is an area that seems to be less touristy. Which is what we like. It is about 25 minute walk to the coast which worked well for us as we saw a lot of the city during the walk. Also a short walk to the train station which takes you to Soller. That was a great excursion. The hotel was fine and seemed to be a good value.

False advertising of the rooms. Very tiny…hard to walk around the beds. I booked the double room and in every picture they had a balcony. I received a room with just a window. When I spoke to the front desk they were condescending and dismissive. Unable to help in anyway as a manager was not in the building. Staff suggested I somehow should have known that the pictures were misleading and I needed to specifically state I needed a balcony when booking as there is a limited number. The next day when the manager was in I got the same story on repeat …. Don’t book this hotel. Outdated, dinghy, noisy , misleading and poor management.

Solid 2 star property. You get what you pay for. Location is good, staff are great, rooms are just ok. Breakfast is not good: no warm food and limited choice.

Close to shops and even closer to places to eat. About a 15 minute walk to the very touristy part of Palma. If you have rented a car, you will have an incredibly hard time parking anywhere, but especially near this hotel. If you're walking/biking, this is a good place to be. Very, very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're staying in Palma and not driving.

No AC in july in Mallorca :(

While this was an affordable option, the air conditioning did not function at all in the room. Unfortunately the gentleman at the front desk was not surprised by this at all. It was also too late to rebook, so we had to make due.. but it was pretty brutal. Service was decent other than the multiple shrugs of shoulders after asking about the ac.

The property was simply worn down. The room walls were dirty and there was merely about 12 inches from the foot of the bed to the room wall. The AC in our room barely worked, never really cooling the room down below 75. The location was far way from the sights.

No frills hotel with 0 isolation - be prepared to unwillingly take part in the conversations with your neighbours. Very cold atmosphere in the lobby, ok for 1 night arriving late and checking out early.

Comfortable, clean and functional hotel close to the centre and walking distance to Palma old town etc. friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
