The house is on a quiet street a short drive to everything you need. The house has everything we needed for a short calm family vacation, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a great view from the back yard. The host was super communicative and responsive. Convenient location

House was nice but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The living room was staged to look good and was not set up to have relaxing nights to snuggle up and watch movies in comfort after a day in the sun. I paid for the pool to be heated but it was still cold until day three

We stayed at Old Hollywood for a portion of our Spring Break. The house was very clean and well maintained! We had some issues with the spa and pool but they were addressed quickly.

Fantastic place

From rhe get go this was a wonderful experience. Bryce put up with my old man questions with Job like patience. The home was everything they said it would be and more. Ideal spot centrally located and close to the airport. Super clean and well maintained. .

Lovely little property that is well taken care of with plenty of amenities. The pool and backyard landscaping is nice, but the enclosed front yard was the chef's kiss. Property manager actively communicated and helped us with early check-in, as we had toddler perishables in the car. Generous!Perhaps the only negative piece I can think of is the living room TV is mounted too high! It can be lowered 9"-12" easily, no reason to strain one's neck like that, haha!Otherwise, everything was wonderful!PROTIP: Fiesta Liquor, right outside the neighborhood (3 min drive) has a taqueria inside that is excellent. LA SD native approved!

Excellent Palm Springs Getaway

Once we booked our stay, Craig contacted us to confirm our reservation. Upon our arrival in California, he arranged to meet us personally at the house, which we very much appreciated. He greeted us at the door and explained everything we needed to know about the house. It was spotlessly clean. We spent 9 very enjoyable nights and can honestly recommend this home to anyone wishing to spend time there. The home is very well equipped and we appreciated the host's attention to detail and communication to ensure a stay that is comfortable and enjoyable for its guests.

Perfect Oasis

Well maintained home, lovely decor, very clean. Pool area was nice and ample. Ten minute drive from downtown. Close to grocery stores and other amenities. Communicating with host was easy and effortless. Would definitely book again.

Great little getaway

Property was so clean, well maintained & you could tell the owner paid a lot of attention to details. Everything organized, self explanatory. The decor was absolutely perfect for the area with adorable themed rooms. Not too busy, nicely thought out. I would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway with some girlfriends or your significant other.

Quiet Home in Palm Springs

We stayed for 5 nights in December 2023 and enjoyed our time. Had visited PSP 3 times before. PROS: Quiet neighborhood. With no through traffic on the road in front of the house, and undeveloped land behind the property, there is no street noise. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of what seems like full-time residents, and we enjoyed the calm. Flexible host. Since there was no other guest checking in immediately before or after us, we were allowed to check-in an hour early, and checkout an hour late, which was a big convenience and appreciated. Cleanliness. The house was very clean. No dust at all! View. The southern view from the patio meant lots of sun exposure - which we enjoyed during our winter visit - and views of the western mountains and sunset. CONS Tile. The interior has been redone "Old Hollywood" style, with lots of white tile flooring. It looks very nice, but the echo can be loud. Repairs. A couple of small fixes would help. Bedroom sliding glass door doesn't always lock. Sometime yes, sometimes no. We used the dowel for security. Keurig coffee maker wasn't operational. Host offered to first explain to us how to fix it, then kindly come over, but we declined as we wanted to relax. Value. While we enjoyed our stay, it felt very pricey for what we got. That being said, it was the Christmas/NYE holiday period in Palm Springs, so it's understandable that charges would be higher than usual.

Wonderful host, great location, minor kinks with check-in

I unfortunately got COVID the day before my flight to Palm Springs, so I couldn't go. Bryce was so understanding and wonderful in communicating with another member of our party. She was also great about answering all my questions before I even booked. On to the property (this is the info I got from the four people from my party who still went). It's absolutely gorgeous! The location and all the furnishings are very pretty, and it's a great launching point for everything you could want to do in the Palm Springs area. My friends did have a little trouble with check-in. They originally scheduled a 4:00 p.m. check-in, but the guy ended up not being able to meet them until 5:00. Then the code ended up not working. After they got that figured out, they wanted to unpack and get ready for dinner, but the check-in itself took quite a long time, with very detailed explanations of the place. We were one of the first to book this place, so I expect all the kinks with check-in will be worked out quickly. Overall, I would definitely still book the place again. I'd just adjust my expectations and add in some buffer time for check-in.

A Wonderful Getaway Weekend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as the description and photos outlined. The kitchen was very well equipped and each room very nicely decorated and comfortable. Both the property owner and manager were very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again.
