Patched carpet, toilet wouldn’t flush urine, ice machines on both floors broken, main pool kinda cloudy and surrounding small pools old and chipped. Front desk lady was very sassy when assisting at check in and when we went to the front to ask for towels, you use your room towels and check them back in. Asked nicely for a few towels and no!! What amazing customer service. We were checked in for 1 whole hour before we booked accommodations in Palm Springs and left.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the fact that the restaurant service was very slow. We found take out to be a lot faster. We really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzis. It was our 35th anniversary and we had a great time. Thank you Miracle Springs.

We stayed Thursday night on the way to Phoenix, Az and the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. We decided to stay there again Saturday night on the way back and the hotel was a completely different atmosphere. Don't eat at the restaurant, it was a major disappointment with both the food and service. The mineral pools were a party zone with loud music, drinking, weed, and people tons of people. Since it was Saturday night I figured the hotel would ask people to quiet down at midnight, no such luck. After 1:00 in the morning after complaining to the front desk, the guy in the room above us went outside and started screaming at everyone to be quiet so people could sleep. I do not recommend staying during the weekend.

My room phone wasn’t working. We couldn’t open the couch bed and two guys had to come out to pull it out. Glad they helped but took a while to fix. Unfortunately there was a drunk guy in a hot tub and 6 people had to carry him out. I wish they limit alcohol consumption while in or near the tubs or have a security deal with situations like that. Now the good thing was that the pool maintenance employee in the morning was cordial and informative. I enjoyed my last dib in that morning. The water was very hot like I would expect from a hot springs.

Great deal and the mineral springs are great. Only thing I paid for a Mountain view and didnt get it. But everything else was great.15 min from Palm Springs.

Staff is rude, they don’t give enough towels and you have to trade your dirty towel for a new one. Ridiculous, a spa with no towels?

Terrible hotel. Old and pretty ugly. The sink was clogged. Make up stains on the sheets and hair. The noise!!! Omg! The noise coming from the AC vent is so annoying. Even though our AC/heat was off. Very uncomfortable pillows. I woke up with a neck pain. I would not recommend at all.
