Home away from home

Just returned from our second stay — but not our last — at this awesome Palm Springs home. Host Tom provides everything you’d want or need and the house was our perfect home base for the trip. Close to everything and perfect for relaxing by the pool or fire pit. Plenty of bedrooms and baths, great living room and a stunning kitchen. Love it.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The home is close to downtown, spacious, comfortable and filed with everything we needed for a great visit. The beds are comfy, the pool is divine and the outdoor areas included several covered areas for lounging. There were lots of tvs for movie watching and cable channels as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for gathering. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Family Visit

Five members of our family spent a long weekend at this beautiful property and had a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and fire pit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect and Palm Springs is a dream.

Excellent space in an excellent location

Three moms and their daughters stayed in this amazing very close to Palm Springs downtown the convention center. Every crew had a bathroom and the space was perfectly set up really well decorated. The pool was perfect and there’s an option to heat it for a little extra money. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was including the communication with the horse check-in highly highly recommend.

Great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay in this property. It was clean, all appliances worked and furniture was good. The pool and patio were perfect! They reached out to us to check if we wanted the pool to be heated- which was a great suggestion! Neighbourhood is quite and nice to walk around. Will be back

3 night stay for annual buddies golf trip

Property was perfect for myself and 4 friends for a 3 night golf trip. Not easy finding a 4BR/4BA place that is close to restaurants and golf courses and doesn't cost a fortune. This worked out well for us and Tom & Apolonia did a great job answering questions and ensuring everything was in order.

Fantastic family getaway house

Delighted with our stay at the this mid mod Palm Springs house!. The updated house and the pool area were fantastic. The owner's prompt response to the shower issue was much appreciated. Only drawback was the beds in the second bedroom and casita, which were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience!

We had a lovely time! If you are looking for a good place to enjoy greater Palm Springs, recharge and getting some sun - this is your choice. Everything worked in the house, house, outdoors and pool were clean. Neighbourhood is quite and has a nice path for a morning walk.

Dream in the desert

I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was above and beyond. Spacious and beautifully decorated with an outdoor space that rivaled a posh hotel. Everything was thoughtfully done and comfortable for our group of five, from the living space to the bedrooms with private baths to the fire pit and pool, to the restaurant-grade gas stove. So grateful for a MCM home that made spectacular Palm Springs even more spectacular. Planning to be back next year.

Perfect Getaway

This property is everything it’s advertised to be and more. Gorgeous home with upscale details and a fun layout. The backyard with pool, casita and fire pit is to die for. Close to everything on a quiet street. The owner goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable by providing everything you need and making sure everything in the home is easy to use. We asked for the pool to be heated, he set it to more than 90°. Practically a hot tub! Everyone had a beautiful time.

Very Nice Home

Our family had a great time here. We are a family of six and this house fit our needs perfectly. There are some nice upgrades. If you'll be cooking, there is a nice 48" Thermadore stove with double oven, six burners, and a griddle. We also had a chance to use the outdoor propane grill which is in good shape. The outdoor space is large and has lots of seating. There are 4 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you cool and the pool is well maintained. The separate Casita is a nice space for older children or a couple. Each of the interior bedrooms has their own bathroom. The master bath has a very nice shower, double sinks, and a nice sit down vanity space for the ladies.
