There were two major problems here. One, the absence of staff on site was frustrating because the system for checking in (via code) was confusing. Second, the air conditioning was insufficient for dealing with the 90+ degree heat. This place is not recommended.

We have stayed here many times. The location is convenient to uptown. The hotel is clean. The community kitchen is well supplied. The pool is wonderful and heated, as is the hot tub. The surroundings in general are nice and quiet as it is two blocks or so from the main road, Indian Canyon. Definitely a recommended stay.

Only one minor issue. Shower heads need to be replaced. They leak some from the side which lower water pressure. They are rain high ceiling style. It took my wife awhile to wash off her hair. Beside that it was great. We would definitely stay again.
The pool was heated during they day. We were there during 50s temp so it was nice

As I drove down the road leading to the hotel, I began to worry about my choice. This was due to the surrounding areas. The front of the hotel is sectioned off with a coded door entry. When we opened the door it opened up to a courtyard with the pool and access to all of the rooms. It reminded me of an updated 50s and 60s era hotel/motel. Everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel has a heated Pool and jacuzzi that were clean. pool and Jacuzzi or cleanfavailable of a hotel

For me to stay at a hotel more than once says a lot. This place is always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe makes it easy to relax. I’ve consistently had a great experience here.

Cozy but not the cleanest. Like the intimacy but sheet were dirty. When they came next day to change, he changed the bed sheet but left the same blanket which is also had stain. Lazy. There is no one there to be responsive about anything. I like the concept but would not recommend or repeat.
