It's a nice facility, conveniently located. From 11:30 pm to about 2 AM there was just yelling and door slamming in the hallway. At one point I called the front desk to report. Nothing was done.

Clean room not very cozy. Bed was not comfortable it felt like I was rolling to the center of the bed. Hot tub was nice. It was okay but would have liked it more if the bed had been more comfortable. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. Not a bad value.

Everything at the hotel was very good. They only had one washing machine for the entire hotel and it was not working. It was difficult to get a laundromat in Palm Springs.🙂‍↔️

The hotel is in an excellent location in a very nice part of Palm Desert. It is literally across the road from The River which has shopping and restaurants. It is just off the 111 but is still quite. This isn’t the newest or fanciest hotel, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I would come back to this Holiday Inn for sure.
