Avoid This Property — Severely Misrepresented.This property is not as advertised—at all. The pool was dirty, the pergola roof was missing, and the outdoor space was unusable (no cushions, no proper furniture, and a backyard that was just weeds and dirt despite being shown as green space).Inside, the condition was unacceptable: musty odor, food left in the fridge, and visible mold in the shower. It was clearly not cleaned or properly prepared for guests.We also had difficulty getting in because the contact didn’t know how to operate the electronic lock.We left within the hour and had to urgently secure alternate accommodations for a month.Dealing with Evolve made things worse—over 30 days to resolve, and only a minimal refund despite the condition of the property.This was a complete failure in both property standards and customer service. Book elsewhere.
