This property is the best located property in Palm Desert. It is a totally renovated, beautifully decorated gem! You can easily walk to almost anyplace that you might want to visit in Palm Desert. It has a private pool, tenant is responsible for expenses heating the pool (in addition to the private pool there is also a unheated community pool), that is nothing short of incredible - all done in blue mosaic tiles that makes you want to immerse yourself in it. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs and lounges which connect to the beautiful, well-appointed interior.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
