INDOORS
The main house includes four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, in addition to a separate one-bedroom casita with a bath. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting living room that features a pool table, air hockey table, and arcade video games. The living room also includes a 65-inch Smart TV for your entertainment while you enjoy your favorite games. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen that connects to the dining area and a TV room. The kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The dining table seats six comfortably while the TV area features a 65-inch SmartTV and a wet bar. The bedrooms are situated on the west and east sides of the property, ensuring privacy. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the two-car garage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom includes a king bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities, a bathtub, and a shower. This bedroom opens up to the resort-style yard through a large, bright sliding door. On the opposite side of the home are two guest bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds, 46-inch Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and closets. These guest bedrooms share a bathroom located just across the hall. Additionally, there is a third bedroom near the entrance of the home, which features a queen bed and two twin bunk beds, along with a 50-inch Smart TV. Finally, a private entry leads to the casita situated in the entry courtyard. The casita consists of a queen bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a large closet, and a bathroom.

OUTDOORS
The private yard faces south and provides ample sun throughout the year. Catch some sun and relax on the chaise lounges, or enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade under the patio cover. The pool and spa are great amenities to use while on vacation! At night, relax and watch the sunsets while sitting next to the fire table. The property features a 4-burner gas BBQ grill.

RULES
No Smoking, No parties. Small dogs under 30 pounds are considered with photo approval and $200 pet fee. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
