Lack of communication and resolution
The property it' self was very nice, however; there were a lot of cockroaches and other crawling bugs in the unit along with visible roach baits. Additionally, the screened in pool was not screened in. There were huge tears at the top of both screens making the pool inhabitable due to falling leave and debris. To make things worse, we were never told that late checkout may be available, so as a result we paid an additional $531.61 to allow us enough time to enjoy ourselves and not have to rush loading our motorcycles back into the trailers. We were notified shortly after that, that late checkout was available. I made contact with Vacasa representatives to at least receive some type resolutions, but no one has responded to our complaints. A complaint was made but I have not received any response. My next order of business if a response is not received shortly is to escalate my complaints expressing the unprofessionalism, this owner and company represents. We should have been treated better for the money we spent. We paid $531.61 just to stay an additional four hours or so. Totally ridiculous when a late checkout option should have been provided at the very beginning. Please help.
