This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had! Amazing hosts that went above and beyond for us! The property is absolutely adorable and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space inside and outside for our large family!

Cozy little cottage located very close to downtown Palestine with great shops and restaurants. The house has been recently updated and was perfect for three couples. Our host was easy to contact and took good care of us….check-in and check-out was very easy.

The amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms were great! It was very well decorated - loved the Christmas decorations! Although the layout was a little quirky (it's a 100 year old house :-) ), it was great for our family gatherings while providing the space to get away from all the family when you need to. The back yard was also awesome. We did have a heating issue, but Theo mitigated that as quickly as he could have.

We had a great stay at the cottage! The listing is accurate and everything was as expected, the house was clean, and we enjoyed the back deck and yard. It is off a fairly busy street but it didn't pose a problem for us and we felt very safe in the area. We were visiting family so we spent the day at the house watching football, grilling, and hanging out. It was perfect for that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay there again!
