Private: property 700 m2, terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Storeroom available. 10 m stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 350 m (small). Please note: car recommended. The roof terrace has a low railing and is not suited for children.
