- Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with ample storage and a sliding door for privacy.
- Living Area: Comfortable sofa (converts to a double bed, suitable for children or teens), dining table, TV, and auxiliary table.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped open-concept kitchen, seamlessly connected to the terrace via foldable glass doors.
- Bathroom: Modern shower, washing machine, electric heating radiators, and Wi-Fi.
- Outdoor Space: Private terrace for your exclusive use, plus a shared community garden.

🛁 Towels & Linen
- Provided for all booked guests. (Extra sets available for €15 each.)
- Beach towels are not included.

- Access: Via an old stone staircase – not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
- Smoking: Not permitted.
- Parties: Not allowed. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Self Check-in: Convenient process with assistance available upon request.

A tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night is required, as well as a damage deposit (except for Airbnb bookings), not included in the rental price. These are payable through our Online Guest Portal.

If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to notify us when making the reservation; otherwise, you may incur additional costs during your stay.

House Rules:
- Smoking and parties of any kind are prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 9 AM
- Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Keep surfaces clean and free of food. Rinse off any traces of sunscreen. The property is in a natural environment, and failure to do so will attract ants.
- Be responsible with the use of electrical devices and lights. Turn them off when not in use or when you are out of the apartment.
- Be mindful of water usage; this is an area with severe drought.

Check-in: from 3 PM
Please review our arrival guide via the Online Guest Portal, access details for which will be provided.

Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Leave the dishes clean and remove any organic waste.
- Take out the trash (public containers are located on Carrer de la Riera).
- Leave the keys on the dining table before you leave.
