L'essentiel en équipement est là, le ménage mérite d'être un peu amélioré, l'état est satisfaisant, surtout à ce prix là.Il est facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement, un peu moins le week-end. La situation est idéale à deux pas de la promenade reliant Llafranc à Callela, et à quelques volées de marches de la plage et des restaurants de Llafranc.Tous les appartements ont la vue sur mer.
