The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and courteous, eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent; varied, plentiful, tasty, and well presented and served. Where they fail is in the state of the facilities, a lack of maintenance, and neglect in the state of the walls, woodwork, and pool walls. They should take note and improve on this issue.

The entrainment in the evenings on the outside area was very poor. We stayed for 2 weeks (end of July and beginning of August 2025) and there were only live performances and music 4 or 5 nights. The toilets near the pool need to be cleaned more often during the day. The queues at the bar in the evening for the all inclusive drinks were too long. The reception staff very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities. However, our room was swarmed with ants, the room was also extremely dirty. The power went out more than once on the same day and it took several hours to be fixed. The food selection was decent, unless you don’t like fish. Overall, our stay was good due to the number of pools but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was generally modern and clean. The separate apartment blocks made the resort feel like a small town. The self service drinks stations were a very good idea and we had no issue with waiting in a queue. There was okay entertainment every night. Smaller restaurant near the beach for lunch and snacks, feels outdated and unhygienic the larger food market is generally nice and has a good selection.

The room was dirty and on our second day we had food poisoning from the restaurant there. We heard others nearby us being ill all night too. The good thing was the team at Expedia went way above and beyond to help us, even in the middle of the night. Thank you Expedia for a great team. A week on we’ve finally started to feel better.

Overall property offered good value for money, good room size and very clean. You have to request an accessibility room as these are not advertised but benefit from walk in shower. Meal times could be hectic and would benefit from opening up more sections to make it easier to find tables at peak time. The property is quite remote and you need to either get buses, taxis or be prepared for an hour or more walk to get into an area with a few shops, bars and restaurants. Therefore evening entertainment is really important and this was most disappointing, started at 2130 and finished by 2230 and very average. If you want a get away from it all, sunshine break (and are happy to pay extra for sunbeds on beach) with an early night this is for you. If you prefer a more lively evening scene then probably not.

Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms have been revamped tastefully. Bathrooms are slightly dated but great water pressure. Very high sink. Cleaned well. Love the full size mosquito net on the door - sleep with door open all night. Front reception (not sure who the lady with lovely grey hair & glasses was - but she was amazing!) very friendly as were pool & animation team. Food is very good & atmosphere tasteful. However, staff in the restaurant seem very unhappy - even when spoken to they hardly respond. I always try to be polite & say thank you but they were unusually dismissive. I wonder is it because we as customers are not nice to them generally? Certainly I was nearly knocked over on several occasions by fellow tourists!! Ecwoukd recommend this hotel for a holiday. Great value for everything on offer.
