I paid for a room upgrade for the view and ended up having somebody doing work on their car all night long in front of my balcony. The staff was nowhere to be found to help change my room and when I asked for a refund of just the upgrade, they told me no the facilities were extremely horrible and rundown.

Where do I even start. No soap in the room, curtain ripped, safety lock on door broken, armour doors broken, paid for a scenic view room and the sliding door wouldn't even open along with the glass being extremely dirty. Dirtiest hotel, Inn or whatever I have ever stayed in. Guy at check-in counter extremely rude and making sexual explicit comments. Broken lamp shades, mildew in bathroom light. Bath tub was dirty. The damn TV didn't even work. $273 is what I paid for this trash room. If your choice is this place or the park bench, go for the bench.
