The home was clean and looks like the pictures. The back yard amenities were fantastic. Alan our host was very attentive and responded to issues we had at the house. My only suggestion is to provide mixing bowls and a Pyrex dish that can go in the microwave for cooking. Our overall stay was good and we would return to this property.

We stayed with our family for a weekend getaway. The outdoor space was inviting and enjoyable and sunsets were amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were renovated recently and were nice. The other spaces were dated and floors didn’t feel that clean. There was an unpleasant smell in parts of the house (musty smell). There were signs in the neighborhood against rental homes and a neighbor gave us negative looks upon arrival. It was an expensive stay and it didn’t feel good to be received that way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we wouldn’t stay again or recommend this property to friends.

A very beautiful property with a gorgeous view. It was perfect for our family of 8 as we were here for wedding dress shopping. It had plenty of space, all the beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was divine. The hosts are super responsive and helpful.

WOW!

This home is exactly as described and pictured on the listing and we loved our stay here. Jessica was quick to respond to any of our questions which made our stay here even better. There were 8 of us (4 married couples) and the space was mostly perfect. The 4th bedroom off of the kitchen is small but there is so much open space throughout the home that it was easy to make everything work out nicely. It is conveniently located for a short drive into the city which we did without any hassle. On a scale of 1-10 this is a solid 10. I hope to be reserving this gem again someday.

Beautiful View and Peaceful Location

Questions by email:Answered before we booked. Never answered after we booked. Calling a texting worked while at property.Entering the property:A CRUCIAL element. Entered proper code and it didn't work. Texted and left a message. They texted us the number we were already using. A friend noticed a sliding door was open and we got in that way. Lock didn't work until next day. An unwelcoming experience. Living room:Furnishings and gas fireplace very cozy; the heat was awesome. The sign for how to use the fireplace should be revised. The directions explain what to do once the panel is pushed aside. To get to the panel: way left, fingers under the frame (pretty close to edge) there is a metal button to push that releases the front panel. Then, the directions make sense.Beds/beddingGreat.Kitchen:Stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc!Dining table:The people along the back wall need to get in before the two sides. 6 fit comfortably.Bathrooms:Nice, well stockedHot Tub:Great and spectacular viewSauna:Couldn't get it to work.Outside lounge area:Great. The pictures show the furniture when it was newWasher/Dryer:Dryer didn't work. Co-owner came second day and put plug in new socket.

Perfect Pacifica House

We loved our stay at this Pacifica house. It has all of the amenities for a fantastic relaxing family get together. The location was perfect with beautiful views the backyard deck. The sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and fire pit were very popular. We will definitely return.

Mother/Daughter Gathering

Very comfortably contains 10 people and provides no reason to want to leave the compound. Multiple areas where the whole group can gather, as well as fabulous nooks for quieter conversations. Big and small all at the same time!

Beautiful pacífica home

Stayed for three nights with friends and had the best time. We barely wanted to leave the deck, with a fire pit, hot tub and sauna- why would we? The home is beautiful, well equipped and the check in and out process were super easy. We were accommodated for both early and late check out and the property manager was always available for questions. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our stay at this property exceeded every expectation and made our surprise engagement party unforgettable. The stunning outdoor area provided the perfect backdrop for many photos, only enhancing the evening's magic. What truly set this experience apart was the host's dedication to ensuring our event's success, offering flexible arrangements and allowing this incredible celebration to happen. I cannot recommend this rental enough for anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy a nice getaway. Five stars all the way!

Absolutely beautiful home and yard!

This home and backyard are amazing!!! Plenty of room for family, friends, and doggies too! It's difficult to leave the backyard, because the view and sound of the ocean is simply magical. The sunsets are breathtaking..... The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again. thank you!
