Welcome to 1000 Star Gazer, a multi-level beach retreat just steps from Hollywood Beach. This is a home made for mornings with ocean air, afternoons exploring the marina, and evenings spent watching the sky change color from the rooftop deck. With beautiful views, a modern open layout, and thoughtful touches throughout, Star Gazer offers a relaxed, upscale beach stay that still feels like home.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home.

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. Your Guest Portal provides everything you need, including your entry code, WiFi details, local activities, events, and restaurant recommendations. We’re always available by email or message to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will receive access to your Guest Portal, where all important stay information lives. Please don't forget!

Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.

Overall, the location was fantastic. The house was spacious, clean, and well-prepared by the housekeeping team. We truly enjoyed the proximity to the dog beach, the seals on the bay, and the views of the marina from the roof. The beach toys and equipment were also a great touch.However, we encountered several issues that we suggested the Management Company review: - Plumbing: The upstairs water took five minutes to get hot, and the downstairs shower head only produced a mist, making it unusable for our group of seven. - Maintenance: The rooftop BBQ required deep cleaning due to grease overflow before we could use it. Additionally, the ice maker in the refrigerator was non-functional. -Climate Control: The house became uncomfortably hot at night due to the 75-degree AC restriction after 11 PM. The bedroom fans were insufficient, and outside noise prevented us from leaving windows open. - Security: The garage door lock did not work to open or close it. On our final day, the front door lock batteries died, preventing us from locking the house and delaying our departure into the rush hour. - Supplies: The kitchen lacked a functioning can opener and a standard toaster (the toaster oven was a poor substitute). Bedside clocks were also absent. None of the above though required immediate attention, neither did they ruin our fond memories made with our kids/grandkids & pets.

Celebrating birthdays in Oxnard

We had two big birthdays to celebrate with family living near Oxnard. The first celebration was for a young lady having her first birthday and the second was for a special person turning 30. This made 1000 Star Blazer the perfect place to spend a long weekend amongst 4 generations of a wonderful family. It was a perfect vacation retreat with great hospitality from the landlords.
