¡Esta casa tiene 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con pisos de madera en toda la casa! Gran casa espaciosa que admite mascotas. Ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle del océano. Entra en esta increíble casa que tiene un bloqueo en el primer piso, 1 habitación con 2 camas queen con la sala de estar con un sofá cama y cocina, chimenea, ve al segundo piso y entra en un plano de techo abierto con vigas abiertas Cocina, comedor y living. Vistas al mar en la sala y comedor. Segundo dormitorio en el segundo piso con cama queen y el tercer dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales y 1 cama individual. El tercer piso es el área de la suite principal, el dormitorio principal tiene una reina con baño grande y patio exterior y vistas al océano en la habitación principal. Televisores de pantalla plana en el hogar, WIFI, cable SIN TIERRA. Home tiene una cafetera Kuerig, ¡así que traiga sus tazas K favoritas! El hogar admite mascotas, perros, no gatos. My group was composed of 7 well-traveled men in their 60’s and 70’s who spent 4 nights at the house while attending a tennis tournament in nearby Ojai. To start with the good things about the house, I would cite the very good communication with the management company as well as how well laid out the house was to comfortably sleep our large group. The reason that I would give the property a four star rating and not a five star rating is that it is not quite up to the standard as shown in the photos. While the photos are not in any way inaccurate, they are very professionally done and present the house in a little bit of a better state, and more fresh than the actual reality of the house. It’s a little bit tired and could use some refreshing, although it is quite clean. And the provisioning of the house in terms of the quality of the sheets, etc is really quite basic. So the bottom line is that it’s a pretty good value for the money, especially if you want to be just across the street from the beach. But it’s not something that has a lot of nice touches or feels special in any way.

This was a great place where our whole family could visit and relax..

The layout of the house was perfect for our group of grandparents, parents and small grandchildren. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was a two minute walk to the beach.. perfect for toddlers! We would stay here again

Lovely beach house

Our family of five plus a grandmother and dog had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels.

Lovely Beach House Just Steps From The Beach

Home was very comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy. We stayed here to celebrate a 60th and 65th birthday with our families. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Upper deck was lovely for everyone to sit and visit. Easy walk to the harbor to enjoy the farmers market and restaurant's. Lovely vacation home.

Fathers/sons

There were three families on this trip, fathers and adult sons. One of our requirements was that each person got his own bed, hard to find for seven adults. This property was perfect for us. Wires got crossed a bit with check-in instructions, but the rest of our stay was excellent. The place was clean and neat, and exactly as described. Highly recommended.
