Perfect Ouray Location with Amazing Views and a Built-in Workout!Our group of four women thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this Ouray condo. The location is unbeatable—the entire downtown area is within easy walking distance, and the Hot Springs are just a short stroll away.Parking is generous, offering two outside spaces plus one spot in the garage. While parking on Main Street likely depends on the season, we had no trouble at all during our early May visit.The view from the deck was a highlight of the trip, offering an amazing look at the beautiful snow-capped mountains. Despite being so close to the action, the condo was very quiet with little to no road noise and no disturbance from neighbors.Inside, the kitchen is well-appointed and worked well for two of us cooking together, though it is a cozy fit. The TV room furniture is very comfortable, even if the layout is a bit tight. The unit was very clean on our arrival.Future guests should be prepared for a workout, as the property spans four floors with quite a few stairs. We handled it fine (with the occasional groan!), and we liked to think of it as a way to work off the local treats we enjoyed. The layout includes a convenient powder room on the main floor and full bathrooms on the next two levels.I would definitely return, though I might do a few extra lunges to prepare for the climb next time!
