Adequate - but just

Place had absolutely no character. The furniture was totally mismatched and looked like it all came from a junk sale. Not even headboards on the beds. No curtains, just cheesy valances. Window blinds all in disrepair. One didn’t work at all so we couldn’t close at night. The place was just cheaply decorated and not the mountain getaway we were hoping for. Even the silverware didn’t match.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so conveniently located in the heart of Ouray. I should have known, but I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t any air conditioning. We sweated the first night. After that, the temperature dropped due to the rain, so we slept well the rest of our nights. The checking in and checking out process was extremely easy. We would definitely go back (and bring a fan with us)!

Great Location

Perfect location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Cozy little condo. Best part… greeted by the local mule deer bucks daily. Beautiful views! We loved the area and the locals were extremely welcoming.

Simple get away

Perfect location within walking distance to town and hot springs, as well as hikes. We had an issue with the oven which was fixed right away. Everything was clean and as stated on the listing. Overall great property, small but you will be spending most of your time outdoors.

Perfect location, great space!

This stay was amazing! Right off the Main Street of Ouray, walking distance to restaurants, hot springs, and hikes. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. We even had an issue with the furnace and a wonderful repair man came out within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Almost a perfect experience.

I was locked out near the end of my stay by a failure of the digital lock. I want to apologize for my anger but I thought that the code had been changed. When I found out that the lock had failed I understood that this was nobody's fault. The rest of the stay was fine. It is a very nice place and being in Ouray, the views are fantastic! We enjoyed watching the deer family graze behind the bedrooms. A young buck really enjoyed eating the fallen apples. Without the broken lock it would have been a perfect experience. I realize that this is the digital age but old fashioned keys and locks were pretty darned reliable. But maybe less secure.
