Great getaway!

We stayed in the condo for a week. Has all the amenities that you need. Has full size stove and fridge although we did not do any cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Our favorite part was the unit we stayed in had a ground level porch to sit out and enjoy the evening. Location is right off the main road so it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Find!

We really enjoyed our stay This unit is in prime location, and had all the amenities we needed. The little patio and grill were a plus. Great communication with property managers. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and good location

The place was perfect for two. Clean, adequately accessorized and a great location close to everything in Town. Easy parking away from the crowds. This is a ground floor unit. Really nice to avoid the stairs. Only one issue - the floor for the unit above is very noisy. You can hear every footstep. It wasn’t the tenants, it’s an old floor.

Super cute place on a quiet road but right off the main area of town. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful views. Perfect for our family of four!

Overall enjoyed the stay. The carpet had pet stains that I wasn't pleased with. The property had no air conditioning which wasn't terrible but I feel that it should have been in the description of the property not in the check in process after it was already paid for. Ceiling fans in the bedroom would help a lot with this and help drown out the squeaky floors from the people upstairs walking around, quite noisy.

Fantastic location to downtown Ouray

Very nice, modern condo with all the conveniences that you might find at a similarly priced hotel/vacation spot. Our only regret was the 1980's style coffee maker (auto drip) and the faulty TV/Cable that we barely used in between outdoor excursions. For families with kids, the TV is a must- it needs to work consistently. We found it difficult to keep DISH engaged in order to watch local channels. Other than that- it was a great stay and access to downtown venues was a simple walk to main street. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. T.M. Stirman McKinney, Texas

Great location

The property was one block off the main street, two blocks from the only grocery store in town, which by the way had a GREAT meat market and fairly priced. There are many restaurants within a few blocks. Staying in Ouray, puts you within an hour of Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Telluride and Silverton. We enjoyed all three, in addition to Ouray. Highly recommend this stay.
