Thanks for the stay!

It was a clean, comfortable room and the A/C worked perfectly (very important IMO!) it was only an overnight stay so I can’t speak of any extras offered but the staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Stay Somewhere Else!

Two-night stay for hiking trip. I would never return to this hotel and cannot recommend. On a positive note, the staff was always polite and offered to assist with taking luggage up to third floor since the building has no elevator. The shower head was broken with poor plumbing in our room. We had to shower in a separate room. This was very inconvenient and even the plumbing in the second room was poor and there was an unpleasant odor. The coffee and breakfast items were very poor quality and not fresh. The cleanliness of the breakfast area could be improved. A male staff member came into our room unannounced and without knocking at 7:55 a.m. after our second night! Checkout is not until 11:00 a.m. They apologized, but this was totally inappropriate and completely avoidable.

I didnt like the way it smelled there was nothing for breakfast but old stale cereals dirty rags everywhere the vending machine was out of basically everything. The shower was broken

All around bad experience. Rooms were dirty shower didn’t work properly. Smells like curry. Kids hanging outside at 1 am. Breakfast was barely anything. I have no idea how this place got 8.4 stars.

People were nice enough. Room 207, clean, but in poor condition. Would have taken an hour to fill the tub. Breakfast was waffles and cereal, a couple bananas and couple of apples. Coffee and O.J. were empty.
