Superbe new hotel despite some downside

Superbe new hotel, staff super friendly and professional. However it seems all the room are qualified as with “city view”, but we weren’t lucky enough to get the one with corner windows facing parliament hill, we were instead facing another building just a few meter away. The TV wasn’t properly working so we weren’t able to use it, they gave us a second remote but it didn’t changed the problem, and only proposed to have a technician on the morning, but we were there for one night :)

Wonderful experience at a new hotel! This is a new hotel, and everything felt fresh and modern. The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I had to extend my stay for an extra night, and they went above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend staying here
