Lakefront Bungalow

Escape to our lakefront bungalow located on Massachusetts largest recreational lake. Otis Reservoir is ideal for boating, swimming, and fishing. During the off season our home is a great get-away from the hustle and bustle. There are very few residents around which gives a complete feel of serenity. When the lake freezes over you can ice skate, ice fish and there are snowmobile trails nearby. Please check out The Knox Trail Sno-Riders online for snowmobile information.
We are 20 minutes from the Berkshire Attractions including.
Jacobs Pillow and Otis Ridge. The State Forest is also nearby with many hiking trails.
Our kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal. There is a full dining room with a table that sits 6, as well as a living room that has many window views of the beautiful lake. There is a master bedroom with a full bath located on the lower level that has a king bed and cable t.v. Another room (3rd bedroom) adjoining consists of a twin bed and cable t.v. A second guest bedroom is located on main floor that has a bunkbed which consists of 2 double beds. This room also has a cable t.v. There is 1 full bathroom on main floor and another on lower level.
The backyard has a patio overlooking the lake. Plenty of lounge furniture to sit and relax, or grill out and dine outside on at the 6 person outdoor table. ( we do not supply propane for grill) . Katie's Country Store is conveniently located minutes away. We have a firepit and side yard to play corn hole . We aslo have 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a 4 person pedal boat . Bring your boat and dock right at our personal dock.
**Please note that we do not have a huge driveway. You can fit 3 cars on a angle or a boat trailer and 2 cars .
