Ein schönes Objekt, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Objekt ist schön geschnitten, unweit vom Strand und hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr. GrundsĂ€tzlich könnte alles sehr gut sein. Dem Objekt fehlt aber etwa Liebe. Von außen viele Spinnweben und die Anlage etwas ungepflegt von innen ein paar kleine Defekte und nicht alles ganz sauber. Insgesamt aber trotzdem eine Empfehlung. Durch den Schnitt des Hauses auch sehr gut fĂŒr zwei kleine Familien geeignet.

Alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit kommerziellem BullerbĂŒflair. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sieht aber noch schön aus. Der Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Probleme fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und es war (außerhalb der Ferien) sehr ruhig. Mit Kindern ist es in den Ferien bestimmt auch echt schön. Die HĂ€user liegen sehr nah beieinander. Bei genauauerem Hinsehen war das Haus etwas schmutzig. In den Ecken waren Spinnweben, das untere Bad hat vom WC her komisch gerochen und die KlobĂŒrste hatte ihre besten Tage auch schon hinter sich.Trotzdem wĂŒrden wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, da die Lage wirklich toll ist.

Lange top, Ausstattung top, Sauberkeit mĂ€ĂŸig

Ferienhaus in super Lage und top ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit fĂŒr uns ungenĂŒgend (Hundefutter im Garderobenschrank, Bettzeug fleckig, KĂŒhlschrank nicht sauber mit völlig vereisten Eisfach), unser Whirpool war defekt - dies wurde uns erst nach Ausprobieren auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt -selbstverstĂ€ndlich sachlich ohne Entschuldigung. Wurde aber einen Tag vor Abreise repariert. Die Kommunikation mit der Objektverwalterin gestaltete sich sehr schwierig. Die Mail mit der wir fristgerecht BettwĂ€sche buchen wollten kam nie an lt Verwalterin, nun hĂ€tte sie auch keine mehr-wir sollten das selbst mitbringen. Gottseidank habe ich nochmal einen Tag vor Abreise nachgefragt. Dieser Umstand hat uns auch das Bettzeug sehen lassen, fĂŒr den Preis/ Nacht erwarte ich da aber einen frischen Schonbezug und nicht die Sabberflecken anderer Leute.Wir hatten da auch einfach Pech. Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal da und hatten dieses Haus als sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet in Erinnerung. Über Spinnweben werde ich nicht reden -das Haus ist in DĂŒnenlandschaft und die Verwalterin 75-vielleicht sieht sie es auch schlecht-kein Problem. Aber die BettwĂ€sche, die generelle Sauberkeit, die fehlende Info zum Whirpool und die Kommunikation mit Frau B. sind in Anbetracht dessen, dass man fĂŒr diese Unterkunft zahlenden Gast ist doch etwas herausfordernd. Unseren Kindern hat es gut gefallen, sie möchten gern wiederkommen. Wir eigentlich auch, aber diese Betreuerin geben wir uns nicht nochmal. Schade.

Objekt mit Potential

Das Objekt hat Potential, die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut und gepflegt. Die Lage ist fantastisch Die Sauberkeit war ĂŒberwiegend gegeben, in der Sauna lagen allerdings noch HolzspĂ€ne und Dreck auf dem Bodenbereich. Die SanitĂ€rbereiche waren dagegen tip top gesĂ€ubert. In den Zimmerecken waren teilweise bereits verstaubte Spinnweben. Schade war, dass wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes der Whirlpool defekt war und es bis zum Check-Out nicht behoben werden konnte. Sehr Ă€rgerlich war das bereits bei Check-In in einem der Schlafzimmer die Zimmerbeleuchtung aufgrund einer defekten GlĂŒhbirne nicht funktionierte und trotz sofortiger Meldung am Check-In Tag, erst bei Check-Out eine ErsatzglĂŒhbirne besorgt werden konnte.Irritiert waren wir schon sehr von der Aussage, die DeckenglĂŒhbirne selbst zu wechseln. Eine ErsatzglĂŒhbirne war nicht im Objekt zu finden. Da hatten wir anscheinend eine abweichende Vorstellung von Service.Die Kommunikation, welcher Ansprechpartner fĂŒr die Beanstandungen zustĂ€ndig war, gestaltete sich leider unnötig umstĂ€ndlich.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genossen.Ohne die genannten MĂ€ngel wĂ€ren es definitiv in allen Bereichen die 5 Sterne geworden.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Kerzen, SpĂŒltabs, FiltertĂŒten, GewĂŒrze und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Kamin sehr leicht zu bedienen. Kritikpunkt ist fehlende Bedienungsanleitung fĂŒr manche GerĂ€te. Wir haben die Schalter fĂŒr die Sauna gesucht, mit Nachbarn dann uns ausgetauscht, die Abzugshaube nicht bedienen können. Der TV im Wohnbereich funktionierte manchmal normal, dann wieder garnicht. Alles andere war super!
